FAQ
Straight answers.
The questions brands, agencies and tour operators ask us first.
What do you actually do?
Everything physical that a brand event or tour needs, beyond the brand idea. Route, vehicle, drivers, kits, freight, permits, rentals, crews, an on-site lead and daily reporting. One team runs it and answers for it.
Do you own a fleet of tour vehicles?
No. We source the right vehicle for each route from vetted rental, wrap and build partners. We own and run one program truck for a client, and our drivers operate client-owned vehicles too.
Which parts do partners deliver?
CDL drivers and DOT authority, wraps, fabrication, freight, large warehouse space and rental gear. We pick the partner, manage them and answer for the result. Every service page says which parts are ours and which are partners'.
Do I need a CDL driver for my tour?
It depends on the vehicle's weight and whether it pulls a trailer. Many vans and pickups don't need one. Larger trucks and big trailers often do. We check the specs and bring in CDL drivers through a partner when needed.
How far ahead should we start?
Eight to ten weeks for a multi-city tour is comfortable. Some city permits need 30 days or more on their own. We can move faster on short tours, but permits set the floor.
We already run our own fleet. Why would we use you?
For the parts you don't want to staff. Local crews, load-in hands, a market you don't know, a stop that needs a permit, kit tracking. We work under your brand and your tour manager.
Will you go around us to our client?
No. When we work for an agency or a tour operator, your client is your client. We work under your name and your rules.
How do we see what's happening on the road?
Our crew checks in at each stop in our app. Kit moves and photos are logged as they happen. A written recap reaches you within 48 hours of each stop.
Are your crews insured and background-checked?
Vehicles and drivers are insured before they drive. We issue COIs for venues and cities. Background checks and certifications, like food handler cards, are set per program.
What does it cost?
It depends on the route, the vehicle and the crew. We'd rather price your actual program than guess. Contact us and we'll scope it.
Do you only do tours?
No. We also handle single events and multi-city activations.
