We built our process to stop that. Every bin has a name. Every move gets a tick and a photo.

The lead ticks each bin in our crew app at pickup, on site and at drop-off, with a photo each time.

High-value items counted out and counted back.

Find what's missing
Anything without a drop-off tick gets traced the next day.
